Manassas City Animal Adoption Center Plans Open House--A success!
Manassas City Animal Adoption Center will welcome spring with an Open House on April 29, 2006 from 10 AM - 3 PM.  The event is being planned to promote animal adoptions and give the community an opportunity to visit the facility, which opened last April.  Here are some photos of the day.....
